"Worship the King, All Glorious Above," an invitation
taken from the familiar hymn, is the focus of worship at Green Acres Presbyterian Church. The 8:30 AM service is less formal and includes the biblical lectionary and sermon message of the day as well
as a hymn-sing.
The 11:00 AM service
is more traditional in structure and presents the form of worship used most often in the Presbyterian Church USA,
incorporating preaching, prayer, reading of the Word, and music in a tasteful way.
On certain holiday weekends, the two services may be combined
into a single worship at 10:00 AM. Any changes of this sort are posted in the scroller on this website.
Worship at Green Acres calls us into oneness with God and
Christ, centers our minds and hearts on the word of God, and encourages our faithful response through love and
service as followers of Jesus Christ.
