The Presbyterian Women of Green Acres are divided into two circles
that meet September - June for Bible study, service, and fellowship.
° Morning Circle Second Wednesday at 10:00 AM at the church
° Evening Circle Second Monday 7:30 PM in members' homes
For our Bible study we use the Horizons Bible
Study Book, studying a different portion of
the Bible each year.
Our Presbyterian Thank Offering and Birthday Offering are used to support causes that benefit women and children
worldwide. We also support the ecumenical organization, Church World Service, by collecting for the Blanket Fund
and by assembling "Gift of the Heart" kits.
The women of Green Acres sponsor a baby shower each year to honor new arrivals in the congregation and their mothers.
Each spring all women in the church are invited to a Mother-Daughter Tea.
